Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Senvato account and personal data at any time. This page explains what is removed, how long it takes, and the two ways to request deletion.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

Your profile details (name, phone number, email and photo)
Your provider profile, skills and portfolio, if you are a service provider
Your reviews, ratings and saved favorites
Your messages and support conversations
Your saved preferences and settings

Timing and recovery

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent removal after a 30-day recovery window. During those 30 days you can restore your account simply by signing in again. After the window closes, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the Senvato mobile app:

Open the Senvato app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap “Delete account”.
Confirm to schedule your account for deletion.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address or with the phone number linked to your account and our team will process your request within 30 days.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or for legitimate business purposes such as accounting and fraud prevention. This data is not used to identify you and is removed once it is no longer needed.
