Amos Nkinin is a retired teacher with the Presbyterian Education Authority (PEA), now working as a consultant for Watersheds Task Group (WTG). He specializes in sorting biodegradable market waste and transforming it into animal feed like single cell protein (SCP). Amos also trains interns in composting, biogas production, and liquid detergent making, empowering youths with practical environmental skills. He continues to teach part-time in various schools.
