I would like to start by introducing myself; I am Nkwenti Innocent Tanda, a high school student and a junior coach at the Ayaba Tennis Club in Bamenda, Cameroon. I was born in Cameroon and have lived here all my life. As a junior coach who has worked with more experience coaches, such as the Oyebog Tennis Academy (OTA), I have come to believe that coaching takes a lot of commitment, patience and punctuality. I have come to this realization based on my experience of coaching many adults and students. The best thing about coaching is all about giving the right lessons as required by modern lawn tennis associations.
